WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Researchers at Stanford University have found a definitive cure for cancer that could be the discovery of the 21st century and has now been approved to treat two types of cancer.
These researchers said the new drug would be promising in the
fight against cancer. It not only destroys malignant tumors but also removes all its effects.
The study, conducted at the Stanford University Medical Center, showed that injecting very small amounts of two immunosuppressive agents into malignant neoplasms directly removed any cancer effect on test animals.
Experimenters stressed that their application to the human body could become a quick and cheap way to cure cancer, often without adverse side effects.
The use of this vaccine has been authorized to treat leukemia and lymphoma, as specialists extract the immune T cells from the patient and genetically engineer them to inject them again.
